4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted at Digiversity’s discretion. These may apply if:

  • The course was partially accessed but not completed.

  • Specific terms for partial refunds were agreed upon during enrollment.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • It may take 30 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the course has been completed or substantially accessed.

  • If the refund request is made after the specified refund period.

  • For failure to complete the course due to personal reasons without prior communication.

7. Cancellation of Courses by Digiversity

In the unlikely event that a course is canceled by Digiversity, students will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
